All processing carried out through this website is based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency.
At any time it is possible to exercise the rights set out in the previously mentioned articles of law by making an explicit request to the data controller or processor. It is also possible to request precise information about the subjects who process the data on behalf of the owner (managers, appointees, etc.).
During processing transactions, an appropriate level of protection and confidentiality will be guaranteed in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR.

SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR EACH TYPE OF PROCESSING

Purpose: to obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.); to check the correct functioning of the services offered.

The data could be used to determine responsibility in case of computer crimes against the site.

Legal Disclaimer: Art. 6(f) GDPR: processing is necessary for the purposes of pursuing the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, provided that the interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data do not prevail, in particular if the data subject is a child.
Storage time: browsing data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).

    Legal basis: art. 6 lett. b) GDPR the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the interested party is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same.
    Nature of conferment: the conferment of data is necessary in order to respond fully and correctly to requests.
    Storage times: the data will be stored for periods compatible with the purpose of collection and subsequently deleted. The data may be communicated to third parties only when it is necessary to provide a correct response to the interested party.

Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data carried out through this service is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante, as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation itself.
