Villa in Moltrasio, dating back to the early 1900’s, which today, thanks to a careful renovation, has been completely modernized and equipped with every necessary comfort. Available for rent for short tourist periods.
The aim of the owners has been to preserve all the historical elements by blending them with modern comforts in order to enhance the natural beauty of this property.
The common areas on the ground floor enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Como, truly unique. The dining room is embellished with original stucco work and an 18th century fireplace in white Carrara marble. The living room allows you to enjoy a unique view of both the lake and the private garden with its enchanting views and water features. There is a modern kitchen complete with every accessory, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a characteristic guest bathroom in the original liberty style.
A large decorated Moltrasio stone staircase leads guests to the rooms on the two upper floors.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles with full lake view and a single with side lake view.
The small tower on the second floor of the villa is a real gem. Three bedrooms allow guests to enjoy a comfortable sleeping area, which can be prepared with two single beds or a double bed, a wardrobe area and a bathroom with the original cast iron bathtub. To the side a beautiful terrace.

Next to the main Villa there is a comfortable Dependance renamed “Castelletto”, on three levels where guests can find an entrance hall, living room, kitchen and terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a basement room. From here guests can also enjoy an incomparable view of the lake.
The garden, with its century-old plants and rose garden, is well cared for and equipped for outdoor dining. Guests will also find a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi for six people and a shower with hot and cold water.
Included in the accommodation, the Villa provides free Wi-Fi, a multi-room audio system, also in the garden and in the pool, air conditioning in all rooms, a convenient garage for six cars equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
