Lake Como, Torno – Villa with wonderful lake view

Private villa set in a park of 5,000 square metres, a place of peace immersed in nature, perfect for regenerating the mind and savouring its incomparable beauty: the old stone quarry, the reborn rustic cottage, the rock wall and the lake.

On the ground floor we find a spacious, modern living room with a fireplace and dining area, and a special fully equipped kitchen in the old rustic cottage.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and two that share a bathroom, for a maximum of 6 persons. Two of the bedrooms are doubles with king-size beds and the remaining two bedrooms can be prepared either with single beds or king-size beds, depending on the needs of the guests.

The basement offers a relaxation area with a unique bio-sauna among the rocks. The bio-sauna allows guests to adjust the percentage of humidity, choosing between a typical dry Finnish sauna or a Turkish bath.

Outside the villa there is also a swimming pool with jets, measuring 13×4 metres, and a terrace with a hot/cold water shower and relaxation area. The villa is a true oasis of tranquillity in which to relax.

A large car park inside the property completes the structure.
